Privacy policy

ShopReady is run by Somchai Khamsuwan, an independent developer based in Thailand. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• The store address you enter and the results of the scan. We read only public pages that anyone can open in a browser.
• If you buy: your email address and order details, which reach us from our payment provider so we can deliver your report and monitoring emails.
• Basic counts (for example, how many scans ran and where visitors came from, using the link they clicked). We don't use tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
• Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse (too many scans) and is passed to our payment provider at checkout to work out tax. We don't store it in our records.

Who processes your data

• Polar (polar.sh) is the merchant of record. It handles checkout, payment, tax and invoices under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.
• Resend (resend.com) sends our emails.
• Supabase (supabase.com) stores scan results and order records.
• Vercel (vercel.com) hosts the website and keeps standard server logs for a short time.

How long we keep it

Free scans are deleted after 90 days. Reports and monitoring data are kept while your report or plan is active and for up to 12 months after, then deleted. Payment records are kept by Polar as the law requires.

Your choices

Email contact@sprive.ai to ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted. You can cancel monitoring any time from your Polar receipt email.
