These terms cover your use of ShopReady, run by Somchai Khamsuwan, an independent developer based in Thailand.

What ShopReady does

ShopReady reads public pages of an online store and compares them with Google Merchant Center's published policies. It reports likely issues. It is an automated estimate, not a decision by Google, and not legal advice.

No guarantee

We can't promise that Google will approve, review or reinstate any account. Google makes its own decisions and may look at things ShopReady can't see.

Google and Google Merchant Center are trademarks of Google LLC. ShopReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC.

Fair use

Only scan stores you own or manage. Don't use ShopReady to overload, probe or attack other websites. We may limit or block scans to protect the service and the stores we check.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, under Polar's terms. The full report is a one-time purchase. Monitoring renews monthly until you cancel; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid month.

Liability

ShopReady is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
